We’re growing rapidly and are currently seeking a Policy Analyst to support our team in Arlington, VA. This position is remote with 1 on site day a week. 

What you'll do

  • Support the Agency federal policy manager with implementing and developing policy to address specific requirements for IT processes and systems.
  • Research libraries for related policies.
  • Research Federal agencies for related policies.
  • Collaborate with the federal policy manager to develop language required for new policy.
  • Assist with research and development of documentation for projects, task areas, and activities to provide project management support and recommendations.
  • Ensure the policy portfolio is managed and annual reviews occur as planned.

What you'll bring

  • Previous or current DHS EOD Clearance preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (four-year college or university) in Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems / Technology.
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of Federal policies and standards as they relate to the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills and ability.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience supporting Federal agencies with policy review.

Bonus Points

  • Military experience
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant certification
