We’re currently seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join our Federal Marketing team.

 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue growth. This role will collaborate closely with sales, content, and leadership to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable results.

 

Location Details

This is a full time remote position (must be located in the United States).

 

What you'll do

  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, and partner channels.
  • Define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging in alignment with sales goals.
  • Partner with the Content Strategist to ensure campaigns are supported by strong assets.
  • Track and report on performance metrics including cost per lead, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
  • Provide regular campaign insights and recommendations to sales and leadership.
  • Manage campaign budgets, calendars, and reporting dashboards.
  • Use AI and analytics tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback.

 

What you'll bring

  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Tools: Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and communicate ROI.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and leadership teams.
  • Campaigns consistently deliver high-quality leads that convert to revenue.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into marketing’s pipeline contribution.
  • Resources are effectively allocated to maximize ROI and efficiency

 

Education 

Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a related field.

 

Years of Experience 

  • At minimum 4–6 years of B2B demand generation or campaign management experience is required.
  • At minimum 1+ year(s) of marketing related work within the IT or Cyber industry is preferred

 

 

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity working within the IT or Cyber industry
